Warning from NLB

hmm. received a warning today from National Library Board. =( apparantly i have 4 outstanding fines amounting to $12.60 under my account.. so they sent me a letter, part of it being the following, "NLB would therefore like to make this final appeal to members who have outstanding fines and fees to pay up immediately."

i guess i'll have to pay soon and not hope that they'll cancel the fine like in my friend's case where they took away a more than $50 fine. well. i'm not really sure about how things at the library work. but then again, if we all knew, people won't be paying fines anymore.
