Halloween Party!

halloween is coming! and we have made plans.. i hope it all works out.. some small hiccups already..

Ferrari(S)

Seriously i haven't seen so many ferraris all at once in my life.

well.. looking at the picture pretty much tells you that it's a ferrari event.. well.. some ferrari owners association in singapore was having an event.. and i was working at the casino.. it was a vegas event.. you can imagine all the rich men and women.. arriving in their red(stereotype) ferraris.. betting with lots of money like it was 10 or 20 cents..

but i guess when you're rich enough to own a ferrari.. a thousand dollars isn't much.. but come to think about it.. a thousand dollars isn't a lot of money either.. i mean when you start working.. and get a decent pay..

the event was quite an eye opener for me.. 38 ferraris.. men all dressed up in tuxedos.. ladies all dressed up in gowns.. it's probably a typical scene you would see in james bond like movies? waitresses holding trays of wine and walking around.. this is the kind of life.. =)

Birthdays!

It's extremely belated to wish sab and ed happy birthday on my blog now.. but i will still do it.. lol.. Happy Belated Birthday to Sabrina and Edwina!

had lots of fun at their birthdays.. couldn't drink cause i was driving.. but i think there would be more chances to drink other than at their birthdays.. a couple of group photos we took during sab's and ed's birthdays.. =)

You, Me And Dupree

watched you, me and dupree yesterday night.. was not really a funny show.. there's a storyline i guess? well.. dupree is basically a guy who has nothing.. no job.. no house.. no love.. but he has his best friend.. who allows him to move in with him and his newly wedded wife!

well, the show is great for a laugh! but there's something in it that's quite true too.. dupree taught his best friend to find his "ness".. your own ness.. basically yourself? there's really nothing else to worry about.. here in singapore where almost nobody can starve to death.. i guess we don't have to worry about being poor.. although it would be great to be a millionaire.. being poor would not neccesary mean that you would be suffering!

being yourself, everything will just fall into place eventually i guess.. we just need to be happy with our lives.. know what we want.. life IS all about fun! no fun? why live?

Incredible Days

the past few days have been incredible! what tiring days! i haven't felt so tired for a long long time! exciting days out with my friends, trying to hide from the 2 upcoming birthday gals that we were going to buy their presents.. well.. ed and sab are such close friends that it, in my opinion is impossible for them to keep each other in the dark.. so.. it is no more a secret that we went out to buy their presents for them.. haha! but i think they still do not know what we got for them! =p

woke up at 4am today.. was kinda insane yeah.. slept at 1am.. woke up to meet up with them for breakfast before going to work.. i took the FIRST 18 of the day to tampines.. 5.35am. i will remember that time. damned bus.

i've been reading some of my friends blog.. and i would say that some of them.. have pretty emotional entry.. and most emotional entries are related to relationships.. all the problems and issues relationships give.. even blogs that do not have emotional entries.. some are just not blogging their unpleasant memories and choose to blog only happy ones.. in hope that it would be easier to forget.. there's a song off forbidden city that addresses love..

Old Friend

i used to have a very close friend.. hanged out with her very often before poly started.. she was like an older sister to me! used to share my problems.. nowadays there isn't really many people to share problems with..

i was thinking about some stuff and she came online! said hi.. and she went.. "thinking about some stuff?".. wow.. she's good.. and im glad we are still on the same frequency.. miss her a lot! that old older friend of mine... hahahaha!

Rob-B-Hood

this show is great! cute baby, sleek moves and the funny moments.. actually i haven't seen a jackie chan movie that is not cool to watch.. all his movies are filled with dangerous stunts and are a thrill to watch.. it was funny looking at two grown guys trying to coax a baby.. it was touching to see how they cared for the baby.. good movie to catch! =) lps teared! lol!

Crazy Days, Crazy Nights

it's been many crazy days and nights for the past few days.. i'm just glad to say that i have GREAT friends out there who are there for me and who i can be there for! =)

friends dont have to be afraid to ask.. when you ask, you either get a yes or a no! (or sometimes no reply.) but it all does not affect your friendship does it? (unless you say something really bad) but, no! friends usually do not have to think twice of what they want to say to each other.. they are often already sensitive to the other party's pains and needs..

when you are in need of something, just ask! when you want someone to talk to, ask! when you want someone to listen, ask! ask!!! or your friends won't know! =) ask!!!!

worth the time and effort? time will always tell! =) no harm trying right?
