Police!

went to bedok interchange to buy some stuff this afternoon.. saw 5 police officers surrounding a teenage guy.. they seemed to be questioning him.. but come to think of it.. why were they questioning him there? and creating a commotion.. everyone was looking and kept wondering.. i was highly curious too.. haha =/ what did he do or what does he know?
