Richness

sometimes when u're that damn free to do blog surfing.. you come to some insanely rich person's blog.. and you start looking at the entries and pictures..

their lives are often perfectly flawless.. they have go to events at executive hotels.. book executive suites.. meet up for dinner at posh restaurants.. and you start feeling like you need to be rich like them too..

and so you decide to work hard.. to earn loads of money.. to be like them..

but you'll never be like them.. they spent their teenage years rich.. while we have to work and enjoy our hard earned wealth only when we're adults..

i'm not complaining that my family is not filthy rich though =) which parent wouldn't want the best for his children?

happiness would suffice.

Time in ns

yup.. i havent really had time to sit down in front of the computer and have the patience to blog.. time has been so rushed.. meeting up with friends on my precious weekends.. blogging has become one of the lowest priority.. so sorry to those who find that this space hasnt been updated..

bmt life is passing by fast.. i think. currently im already more than half way through.. i survived my 6 days of field camp.. and all im left with is my SIT test, SOC and IPPT to clear.. soon i will POP..

somehow i dread that moment.. once i POP.. i might be able to take a short break.. and then i get my posting.. somehow i think life in the unit wouldn't be as fun and as fulfilling as life in bmt.. i get the impression that the superiors would not be as tolerent..

the thing about NS is that you dont know what you're about to get into.. so.. we really gotta take things one step at a time..
