Stop Harping On It!

i hate to keep reminding myself of what 0.1 seconds cost me.. but it cost me a day's off tomorrow.. how sad.. i have to report back for training.. while first time passers get an off day.. now.. who was the one who told me bike course was 5 day week?

0.1 Seconds Too Late

well well well... who would have thought 0.1 seconds was so important..

i had to clear a crank course today in 4 seconds.. i came out.. happy that im through the whole freaking balancing test.. and the dude blew the fail whistle..

4.1 seconds.. speechless..

Driving VS Riding

Tmr's supposed to be quite a big day for my "SAF Riding Permit".. and i seem to remember that day last year.. 28 may.. the feeling was not quite the same as this time..

last year, 28 may, one day before my driving practical test.. i was turning and tossing in bed.. i was wondering how i'd fare.. i was wondering IF i'd get to drive the car out IF i passed in the morning..

well, this time's different.. first of all.. none of my money is involved.. secondly, if i fail tmr, i take the retest the next day.. what's the big deal then? i guess it's just the remedial trainings i would have to attend if i failed.. that's the only factor i have in consideration i guess..

well, my instructor said those he issued the bike im using to all passed on the first try.. and i guess i wouldnt be the one to break that tradition.. =P hopefully..

Chefs

well fine day sometime in the week, i received a phone call from wendy saying that keith is inviting us to cook at his house..

"huh?"

turns out.. elvin's cheese wrapped with ham was great.. wendy's whipped potato was a disaster to make.. but it turned out fine anyway.. =P keith made something like KFC's Meltz.. was great too.. belinda did brocolli and scrambled egg..

my pancakes started off a total disaster.. got A LITTLE better in the end.. but i was already too tired of spoilt pancakes..

spent the rest of the night watching scv... it's fun to do this sort of thing once in a while i guess! =)

Looking Back

Back from bike training at SAF Driving Circuit.. Had my dinner, ate a panadol to halt the imminent cold (blocked nose, sore throat, etc.)..

Decided to read through my blog entries.. and im so glad i blogged all those things.. it's always beautiful to think back at memories.. remember them.. smile when you remember how fun things were in the past with you and your friends hanging out..

You start to wish everything was the same.. =)

this blog has been dead for too long.. i changed the template to something simple.. i guess it's easier to read.. gotta do something about that tag board with the ad -_-
